The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will increase the number of flights on the existing Da Nang-Da Lat and Ha Noi-Tuy Hoa routes as a way to serve the increasing demand of passengers for travel.
The Da Nang-Da Lat route will see the airline add 3 extra flights per week from 14 August onwards, bringing the total to 10. The additional flights will depart at 7:00am from Da Nang and at 9:00am from Da Lat on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays each week.
Meanwhile, 3 more flights per week will be launched on the Ha Noi-Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen) route from 10 August, with flights taking off on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays each week.
Vietnam Airlines-operated flights in the 2 above-mentioned air routes recorded an occupancy rate of over 90% last month.
According to Vietnam Airlines, all flights will use the Airbus A321 which comes up to 4-star international service quality.
